This is my arrangement of the Psalm Cylinder "Guide track for the Choir, with a theme of ascendence" from Hollow Knight: Silksong (composed by Christopher Larkin) for late beginner/early intermediate piano as requested by my students. It is written in the original key so that you can play along with the track. There is a count-in of two measures (2 x 3 beats). Yes, this is the tune of "High Halls," but slightly different (my arrangement of "High Halls" if you want to compare: https://youtu.be/tNcdWKoQCW0 ).

*Notes:*
• I did not use a noise gate/suppressor for this recording to make it sound a little closer to the psalm cylinder version.
• RH uses an octave clef, so play one octave higher than written.
• The actual track is only one iteration, but I wanted to do one repeat to show what the loop sounds like. Yes, it ends abruptly, but that is the actual end of the track.
• If you want an even more music box-like feel, you can double at the octave for the opening (this arrangement was written for those who are not quite comfortable with full octave runs yet). You can also try shifting octaves around, but the ones I chose provided the least hand overlaps while still getting the higher octave ringing reasonably well.
• *Pedal:* I change at the beginning of each measure-ish and clear before most new phrases. Of course, use your own judgment to avoid it sounding too washy.
(• The spelling used in the game is "ascendence" with an "e" and not "ascendance" with an "a." Not sure if there is a particular lore reason?)
